PAX East

After our debut at Indiecade in NYC, we decided to try for PAX, we didn't have a booth, just a bag of flyers (see below) a tablet with our videos on it, and going and talking to everyone!
It's definitely geared towards gamers not developers but there was a large indie game developer section, we also found lots of good contacts, new initiatives and possibilities. We also talked to Microsoft, 2K Games, and a few publishers that we'll chase up shortly.

Unfortunately I lost my camera so all the pictures are just from our phones!
Coffee in hand, ready to go

Pretty cool, the models kept completely still

Our New Video

After much ado, we are finally live, with a nice new website, and new game promo video!

Our new video is live....

We also have some very useful cooking tips...

New Cutscene Comic Artwork

We have been working hard these past few months to develop the in-game story further, and with the help of our awesome new concept artist Brad, we're really rocking a more developed in-game comic style, which we're all really excited about.

Setting the story in our new promotional video, Meats 'n Cheese's destroy everything and hunt Fruit 'n Veg for sport!

More cool comic work to come, and also in technicolor!

Indiecade - Our first showing!

Well we finally did it and came into the big bright real world, and showed our game at the NYC Indiecade festival on Feb 17th.

The last few weeks we have been in a different work mode, creating promotional materials, a small FMV, a website, and a new game preview video. With this we were as ready as we could be and luckily we got a slot to show Organic in a nice area where we hooked it up to a big screen.

Towards the end, it quietened down
Damon Demoing the game
Pointing at a wall!

You can see the setup here, we had the auditorium for 3 hours or so, and there was a lot of traffic passing through the area. The game generated a lot of enthusiasm, questions, discussions, and connections. Also the kids there got really excited about it, and were lining up to play it.
Overall  It was very encouraging after so many years of work to get such good feedback, and enthusiasm. It was a really good start and a great way to introduce the game to the outside world.

Coming soon our brand new promo video...
